Upskilling Upskilling. We have found that encouraging skill development and cultivating technology adoption helps our agency-experienced teams not only perform better but feel more confident in their work. We encourage our colleagues to take courses through our online university, which offers learning tracks on everything from hard skills such as coding, to soft skills, such as emotional intelligence in the workplace. We offer opportunities to go through certifications with our technology partners, attend conferences and lectures, and continue education through other means. Knowledge Sharing. To promote a learning culture, we offer an ongoing series of educational forums called Communities of Interests (COIs). These forums are open to all employees in order to connect individuals with shared interests. Quarterly COI events include discussion and evaluation of industry leading products and solutions, technical challenges and lessons learned from delivery engagements. The COIs also host hackathons and competitions for those at all skill levels.
