Founder + CEO
A 2020 SECAF Executive of the Year, Rui leads Acuity with a passion for serving our clients’ missions. His favorite pastimes include water-based activities including sailing and surfing.
Ben Harrison
COO
Ben oversees Acuity’s business operations and policies to ensure we serve our federal clients effectively. He enjoys running, history, and playing guitar.
Dean Brunk
VP, Contracts
An attorney licensed in Virginia and DC, Dean is Acuity’s primary point of contact for contractual matters. His travels include visits to all 50 states.
Jannie Gardner
VP, Human Resources
Jannie leads Acuity’s HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, and training. She is an avid reader.

Oksana leads operations and drives growth for our National Security portfolio. She enjoys reading, her family, dogs, and yoga.

Leading Acuity’s Foreign Affairs portfolio, Matt has been a pivotal figure in expanding our footprint in diplomatic technology. He plays guitar and loves travel.
